3 steps to switch
- Check that your number is eligible.
- Share your current account details and transfer PIN.
- Track each step until your number is live.
What you'll need
- Account holder name and service address on file with your current carrier
- Your current carrier account number
- Your number transfer PIN
- A recent bill, if requested
Before you transfer
- Don't cancel your current service first, or you could lose the number.
- Moving a number to ServeMobile does not move your cellular data plan. If you port your mobile number, you'll need a new number from your carrier for cellular service.
- Not every number can be transferred.
- Transfers usually take several business days.
