How a ServeMobile business line works

• Your team calls and texts from a business number in the ServeMobile app or browser, on their own phone or computer.
• Personal numbers stay private. Customers only see the business number.
• Add or remove lines as people join or leave, and reassign numbers from the dashboard.
• Lines use your existing Wi-Fi or mobile data. They do not include cellular service.

ServeMobile is an internet calling and texting service from Serve Aurora. It is not a wireless carrier, and it does not sell phones, SIM cards or cellular data.

App-to-app calls cannot reach 911. Internet calling needs power and an internet connection, so keep a mobile phone or landline for emergencies.
