Terms of Service

The service

ServeMobile provides internet-based messaging and calling. It is not a wireless carrier and does not guarantee availability.

Emergency calling

App-to-app calls cannot reach 911. Phone lines require an active E911 address, which you must keep accurate. Internet calling may fail during power or network outages. You agree to keep another means of reaching emergency services.

Accounts

You must be 13 or older. You are responsible for activity on your account and must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

Paid plans

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put others at risk.
