ServeMobile service FAQ
ServeMobile service FAQ
Common questions about how ServeMobile works.
Will calls ring when the app is closed?
Calls ring while ServeMobile is open. When it is closed you will get a notification, and missed calls go to voicemail.
Can I call 911?
App-to-app calls cannot reach 911. Internet calling needs power and an internet connection, so keep a mobile phone or landline for emergencies.
Is it a cell phone plan?
No. It works over Wi-Fi or mobile data and does not replace cellular service.
