Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account: email, display name, optional handle and picture.
Emergency (E911) address for phone lines, shared with our provider Twilio and emergency services only.
Call history (who, when, duration) and conversation membership.
Billing records from Stripe (plan, amounts, status). We do not store card numbers.

Message content

Message content is stored by Twilio Conversations to deliver and show your messages. ServeMobile staff do not read messages except when investigating a report you or another participant submits, or when required by law.

Service providers

Supabase (database and sign-in), Twilio (messaging, calling, phone numbers, E911), Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting).

Your choices

Control who can find, message, and call you. Download your data or delete your account at any time in Profile.

Retention

Call history is kept up to 2 years. Deleted accounts are removed from our database; providers keep records as their policies and the law require.

Partner links and site analytics

Our internet and cellular partners are independent companies. When you select a partner link, their site opens and their own privacy policy applies to anything you share with them. We do not receive your partner account, payment or eligibility information.

To learn which listings help people, our site records anonymous events: the page, the partner or plan selected, plan finder and comparison choices, and page speed measurements. These events do not include your name, email, phone number, IP address or device ID, and we do not use advertising cookies for them.

We never ask for Social Security numbers or benefit documents. Lifeline applications are handled only by Access Wireless.
