Keep your number when you switch.
Number transfers to ServeMobile open when ServeMobile launches. Here is how it works.
What you will need
- Account holder name and service address on file with your current carrier.
- Your current carrier account number.
- Your number transfer PIN.
- A recent bill, if requested.
Before you transfer
- Do not cancel your current service first, or you could lose the number.
- Moving a number to ServeMobile does not move your cellular data plan. If you move your mobile number, you will need a new number from your carrier for cellular service.
- Not every number can be transferred. Transfers usually take several business days.
