What ServeMobile is
ServeMobile is an internet calling and texting service from Serve Aurora. It is not a wireless carrier, and it does not sell phones, SIM cards or cellular data.
Emergency calling
App-to-app calls cannot reach 911. Internet calling needs power and an internet connection, so keep a mobile phone or landline for emergencies.
Every ServeMobile phone line requires an active E911 address. See our legal notices.
Billing
- ServeMobile plans are billed by ServeMobile through Stripe. No contracts. Cancel anytime.
- Partner services are billed by the partner.
Resolving a problem
- Contact ServeMobile support for ServeMobile issues, or the partner for partner services.
- If a problem is not resolved, you can file a consumer complaint with the Federal Communications Commission or the Colorado Attorney General.
